Despite all the things that are going wrong with the Red Sox lately (and they are many, although I wouldn't know, exactly, because the shenanigans regarding a certain person with the initials M.A.R. have sent me into a rage-induced media blackout), at least we can add "is the kind of guy who breaks up a no-hitter in the ninth inning" to the legend of Dustin Pedroia, the scrappiest mighty midget to ever play the game of baseball.At least that's something, right?

Pedey is kinda saving this season for me - or at least this long, slow, depressing stretch of season that won't seem to end.
Yeah, I'm getting to the point where I look forward to Jon Lester's starts as "days that probably won't make me want to punch a brick wall."
Lester is awesome. I've started calling him "The Ace". And Pedey is amazing.
And I'm getting to the point were I look forward to Javier Lopez as a "pitcher who probably won't make me want to punch a brick wall." That's really, really sad. On the same subject, Craig Hansen is my new Gagne. Sometimes I want to vomit when I see him up in the 'pen.
There's only one Petey. Stop it. I really can't deal with hearing that after the tragedy of 7/31.

We're one of the many blogs that was mistakenly locked as a spam blog by Blogger this week, which means we can't post. Apparently this is a pretty messy problem and peoples' blogs have been locked for weeks with no recourse. Hopefully we'll be able to post again soon, we have many conflicting thoughts about Manny.
