What I'm thinking is that if the Sox can prove that more than 50% of the fans in attendance are Boston fans, that they should just get to bat in the bottom half of the inning, whether the game is being played at Fenway or not.2. "Pena but not the one who's good" as if there was a time when I thought there was a good Pena. Oh, EasterBasket.
I wouldn't mind still having Carlos Pena around if there was a spot to play him. He's batting over .300 with 10 homers so far for Tampa Bay. Heck, I even think that Wily Mo's numbers would be a heck of a lot better if he only got some playing time. Maybe the Sox should have held on to Trot Nixon after all. That would have guaranteed Wily Mo a heck of a lot more playing time.
Just you all wait until the real-life Pedro Cerrano learns how to hit that magic bending ball.
